Reservation Policy - Home Beach Mar Inn

  1. Reservations:
  • Reservations can be made online through our website, booking platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb, or directly by phone or email.
  • To secure your reservation, we request a deposit of 50% of the total stay amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at check-in.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and debit card.
  1. Cancellations and Changes:
  • Cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will not be refunded.
  • Reservation changes (stay dates) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  1. Check-in and Check-out:
  • Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM.
  • Please inform us of your arrival time in advance to ensure prompt and efficient service.
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
  1. Children and Extra Beds Policy:
  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • We do not offer cribs or extra beds.
  1. Pet Policy:
  • Small pets are welcome at the inn.
  1. Internet and Parking:
  • Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the inn.
  • Free private and rotating parking is available on-site, subject to availability. If the parking lot is full, guests must park on the street.
  1. House Rules:
  • The inn is 100% non-smoking.
  • Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure the comfort of all guests.
  • Any damage to the property will be charged at check-out.

Cancellation and Refund Policy – Vila Itália Inn and Home Beach Mar

1.Right of Withdrawal: For reservations made online or by phone, guests have up to 7 days from the booking date to exercise the right of withdrawal, with a full refund provided, as long as the check-in date has not yet arrived.

2.Last-Minute Reservations (Made within 7 Days of Check-In): For reservations made less than 7 days before the check-in date, the right of withdrawal does not apply. In case of cancellation, a 50% credit of the amount paid will be offered for future bookings, valid for 6 months, subject to availability and approval.

3.Full Refund Cancellation: For cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date, a full refund will be issued, or guests may choose to reschedule their reservation without any additional fees, subject to availability.

4.Partial Refund Cancellation: For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is available with an additional fee of 10% of the reservation amount.

5.Limited Refund Cancellation: For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the check-in date, 70% of the reservation amount will be retained. The remaining amount may be refunded or converted into a credit for a new reservation within 6 months.

6.No Show: In case of no-show, the full reservation amount will be retained, with no refund or credit offered for future reservations.
