RESERVATION POLICIES – HBM GROUP

1️⃣ Reservations
• Reservations can be made:

• Through the official website;

• Booking platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb and similar);

• WhatsApp, phone or email.

• To guarantee the reservation, 50% of the total stay amount will be charged upon confirmation.

• The remaining 50% must be paid at check-in, before access to the accommodation.

• The reservation will only be considered confirmed after the deposit payment has been cleared.

• Reservations made on the day of check-in require full payment (100%) at the time of confirmation.

• Accepted payment methods: PIX/bank transfer, credit or debit card, subject to availability.

2️⃣ Right of Withdrawal – 7-Day Law (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code)
• For reservations made outside the commercial establishment (website, WhatsApp, or online platforms), the guest may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) days from the date of the reservation.

• The refund will be full, provided that:
• The request is made within the legal period of 7 days; and
• The check-in date is more than 30 days from the cancellation date.

⚠️ If the reservation is less than 30 days from check-in, the right of withdrawal does not apply, due to the accommodation being blocked for a specific date.

3️⃣ Cancellation, Change, and No-Show Policy
• Cancellations or changes made more than 30 days before the check-in date:
➝ Full refund of the amounts paid.

• Cancellations or changes made less than 30 days before the check-in date:
➝ 100% charge of the total reservation value, including the deposit paid.

• No-show:
➝ Full charge of the reservation, no refund.

• The daily rate is considered to begin at 2 PM on the day of check-in, regardless of the guest's arrival time.

4️⃣ Cancellation After Check-in
• After full payment and check-in, there will be no refund, even in case of:

• Early departure;

• Cancellation for personal reasons;

• Total or partial non-use of the contracted stay.

5️⃣ Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in: from 2 PM.

• Check-out: until 12 PM.

• The guest must inform the estimated arrival time in advance.

• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

6️⃣ Children and Extra Beds
• Children of all ages are welcome.

• The units do not have cribs or extra beds, unless expressly stated in the reserved accommodation.

7️⃣ Pet Policy
• Small pets may be accepted with prior notice, according to the specific rules of each unit.

• The owner is responsible for the hygiene, safety, and integrity of the accommodation.

• Any damage or additional costs will be charged at check-out.

8️⃣ Internet and Parking
• Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas.

• Free parking, when available, is private and rotating, subject to availability.

• If no space is available, the guest must use street parking.

9️⃣ House Rules
• HBM Group units are 100% non-smoking.

• Quiet hours must be respected from 10 PM to 8 AM.

• Damage to the structure, furniture, equipment, or linens will be assessed and charged at check-out.

🔟 General Provisions
• These policies apply to reservations made through the website, WhatsApp, digital platforms, or in person.

• Payment of the deposit or the total amount implies automatic, full, and irrevocable acceptance of these policies.

• Refunds, when due, will be made within 7 business days, using the same payment method used.

• Each unit may have specific operational rules, which will be informed at the time of booking or check-in.

- If the guest points out any nonconformity during their stay, the inn undertakes to try to resolve the issue immediately. If the guest chooses to leave the accommodation without allowing an attempt at rectification, it will be considered a voluntary withdrawal after the start of the stay, without the right to a full or partial refund.
